Job Purpose

Responsible for optimization, planning, and handling customer complaints.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Monitoring OSS KPIs related to accessibility, retainability, mobility, and quality to meet defined quarterly/yearly SLA thresholds set by CMPak Management.
  2. Identifying quality degradation issues, devising optimization strategies, and executing plans to achieve targets.
  3. Radio Parameter/Tuning for new RAN releases to enhance network quality, user experience, and customer satisfaction, including benchmarking to evaluate impact.
  4. Network redesign involving tilt and height adjustments to optimize coverage, address bad coverage spots, reduce pilot pollution, and integrate new sites.
  5. Conducting scheduled and spontaneous Network Audits at Region/RNC/Site, including Physical Site Audits (Antenna Height, Azimuth, Tilts, Location), RAN Parameters & Algorithms, and overall Network Quality.
  6. Performing RF domain performance audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring smooth operation and network quality.
  7. Preparing network overview reports for management review, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, causes of degradation, and improvement plans.
  8. Experience in Drive Test Optimization to analyze network performance and propose strategies for competitive edge.
  9. Responsible for SSV Acceptance, NPS, and Sector Split evaluation.
Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant telecom experience.
