Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for optimization, planning and handling customer complaints.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of OSS KPIs related to accessibility, retainability, mobility and quality to meet defined quarterly/yearly SLA defined thresholds already set by CMPak Management
  • Figure out quality degradation matters, devise optimization strategy and execute plan to acquire required targets
  • Radio Parameter/Tuning for new RAN release proposed to enhance network quality, user experience and customer satisfaction and benchmark to evaluate its impact on network
  • Network redesign including tilt and height adjustments to reach optimum coverage for worst cells by changing antenna mechanical/electrical tilts and height to solve bad coverage spots, pilot pollution and adapt the integration of a new site
  • Conducting scheduled and spontaneous Network Audits at Region/RNC/Site including Physical Site Audits (Antenna Height, Azimuth, Tilts, Location etc.), RAN Parameters & Algorithms, Quality & Network
  • Performance parametric audit in RF domain to identify and remove inconsistencies for smooth operation and ensure quality network
  • Network overview report for managerial review to highlight strength and weakness along with proper reason of degradation and rectification/improvement plan
  • Drive Test Optimization experience to analyze network situation and propose strategy for competitive leadership assurance
  • Responsible for SSV Acceptance, and NPS and Sector Split evaluation

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering or any other similar domain
  • Masters in Relevant Degree will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant telecom experience.
