Marketing Strategist Job

The primary role of the Marketing Strategist will be to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates qualified leads, supports sales enablement, and builds a strong digital footprint in the US market.

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and expertise in digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of integrated campaigns, managing paid media budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing lead generation funnels to meet or exceed MQL and SQL targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize lead generation funnels.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, US/Europe market.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Expertise in paid media advertising, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
