Job Overview:

The Cash Flow Recovery Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely payments from clients. This position involves regular follow-ups through various communication channels, including email reminders and phone calls.

A key aspect of this job is to inform clients about upcoming payment due dates, thereby preventing late payments. Meeting collection targets on a monthly and yearly basis is also crucial for the success of this role.

In addition to collecting payments, the Cash Flow Recovery Specialist will be responsible for reconciling ledgers and addressing any disputes that may arise. This may involve visiting clients to discuss outstanding payments.

The Cash Flow Recovery Specialist will work closely with other regional teams to ensure that all collections are handled efficiently and effectively.
