Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards through effective monitoring and reconciliation of offshored processes.
  • Lead collaboration with offshore teams and provide operational support to achieve optimal results.
  • Promptly track and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Process transactions accurately in line with banking regulations and policies.
  • Provide expertise for project initiatives and drive management reporting and data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Streamline processes through digitization efforts and lead process improvements.
  • Assist corporate clients to deliver a positive experience.
  • Develop and manage the team, focusing on engagement and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Loan Operations and reporting is required.
  • A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are necessary to motivate and direct the team.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan control, administration, and reporting standards is mandatory.
  • The ability to devise strategies, deliver value-added support, identify problems, and propose solutions is critical.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
