Summary
The Operations Control Centre Supervisor is responsible for overseeing ground handling activities for all dnata handled flights to ensure safe and timely operations that meet dnata and airline customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact during flight operations, making decisions and guiding Service Delivery Teams.
  • Coordinate operational messages with Service Delivery Teams and Flight In-charge to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Implement daily operations in compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Monitor flight schedules, including non-scheduled and chartered flights, updating teams on progress and issues.
  • Address irregular operations promptly by deploying resources and communicating recovery plans.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and procedural compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Build relationships with internal and external departments to meet service standards and enhance satisfaction.
  • Manage CAG Airport Collaborative Decision Making (ACDM) processes, including TOBT.
  • Handle unexpected events and emergencies according to SOPs, coordinating with responders to mitigate impacts.
  • Generate performance reports for daily operations.
  • Adhere to workplace safety, security, and health policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 'O' Level or Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in aviation or operations control.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with strong communication skills.
