  • Record keeping: Maintaining employee records, including timesheets, attendance, and leave applications, is an important aspect of this role. The ability to accurately record and update information in a timely manner is crucial.
  • Mail handling: Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. This includes ensuring that all mail and packages are properly addressed and delivered to the correct recipients.
  • Event organization: Organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and team-building activities requires strong planning and organizational skills. This includes ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
