
Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in administration and business operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate with the procurement department for fulfilling purchase requirements.
- Manage Centre space, ensuring a clean environment and availability of required services.
- Support in organizing internal and corporate events.
- Provide logistical and coordination support to all teams.
- Facilitate Plug N Play companies, including liaison with relevant departments.
- Manage general maintenance of LCE by coordinating with LUMS offices and external contractors.
- Manage all communications with vigilance on the arrival and exit of guests.
- Assist in reviewing processes within LCE and help in drafting SOPs/ Policies when required.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience: Operations and management, especially in a university setting.
- Excellent team-building and management abilities.
- Get-it-done attitude with very strong decision-making abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding: All processes related to administration and operations.
The successful candidate can expect the following benefits:
- Master's degree: Project Management or other related field (18 years of education).
- 3 years of work experience: Administration and business operations.
