Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in administration and business operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Coordinate with the procurement department for fulfilling purchase requirements.
  • Manage Centre space, ensuring a clean environment and availability of required services.
  • Support in organizing internal and corporate events.
  • Provide logistical and coordination support to all teams.
  • Facilitate Plug N Play companies, including liaison with relevant departments.
  • Manage general maintenance of LCE by coordinating with LUMS offices and external contractors.
  • Manage all communications with vigilance on the arrival and exit of guests.
  • Assist in reviewing processes within LCE and help in drafting SOPs/ Policies when required.

  • Demonstrated experience: Operations and management, especially in a university setting.
  • Excellent team-building and management abilities.
  • Get-it-done attitude with very strong decision-making abilities.
