Job Title: Programme Coordination Specialist

The Programme Coordination Specialist will be responsible for facilitating effective collaboration between UNDP and key stakeholders to support the implementation of the 4RF/FRP Programme. The role requires strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, as well as excellent analytical and communication abilities.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Establish and maintain relationships with relevant government ministries, agencies, and international donors involved in the programme.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other events to promote effective communication and cooperation among stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance programme efficiency.
  • Document Management: Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and knowledge management systems to support programme implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Report Writing: Ability to write clear and concise reports to communicate programme progress.
