The Assistant Manager Administration is a vital role that requires a strong personality with excellent interpersonal skills. To succeed in this position, you must have experience in a similar role within a factory environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the administrative team, operational and maintenance personnel, and security staff. The ideal candidate will be able to provide assistance to the Head of Administration for smooth operations and possess knowledge of office administrative matters.

You will be responsible for dealing with government departments, managing security issues, and maintaining updated records of diesel consumption and generator running hours. Additionally, you will verify fuel consumption reports on a monthly basis and check janitorial staff performance.

A key aspect of this role is visiting the factory periodically to inspect electrical appliances and equipment, resolving any faults or cleaning issues in collaboration with maintenance staff. You will also maintain company vehicles and assets, supervise carpentry and civil works, and attend to workers' complaints regarding transportation.

This position requires effective report writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate team members. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
