The primary goal of this role is to oversee the maintenance and administration of a bureau. To achieve this, you will be responsible for managing both bureau-related functions and employee-related functions across the bureau.

You will lead the Admin Team and ensure that all assigned tasks are properly performed and executed. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to all departments and employees in terms of resource availability.

To analyze attendance and regularity, you will need to maintain accurate records of staff attendance. You will also coordinate with Head Office regarding HR issues and handle staff grievances at the bureau while reporting such cases to the Head office.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of perks pledged to employees in their contracts and making hotel and travel bookings as needed.
