We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team in India. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in expanding relationships with our existing customers and unlocking their full potential with our products and services. The ideal candidate will focus on driving account growth through strategic planning, identifying and acting on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring maximum satisfaction and value realization for each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Growth: Develop and execute targeted growth strategies that drive revenue expansion.
- Onboarding and Engagement: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new accounts, setting the stage for long-term growth. Maintain consistent, meaningful engagement through regular check-ins, updates, and meetings.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main relationship manager for business and high-value customers, focusing on nurturing long-term, trust-based partnerships that foster growth.
- Growth-Oriented Collaboration: Collaborate with support teams to identify opportunities for account growth, including contract renewals, feature adoption, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
