Key Responsibilities:

To effectively lead assigned territories, you will handle distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets and implement strategic sales initiatives.

You will prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for assigned territories, setting daily targets and assigning them to order bookers based on their areas to ensure thorough coverage at all outlets.

Share sales reports for assigned territories and categories to analyze target achievement and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage order bookers and motivate them towards target achievement by monitoring their performance daily, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and resources.

Conduct market visits to ensure effective coverage, understand market dynamics, and observe customer actions.

Evaluate trade marketing activities at all assigned outlets according to plans.

Plan sales efforts and design Performance Journey Plans (PJPs) by monitoring territories and Retail Trade Management (RTM) strategies.

Establish relationships with key distributors, establishing mutually beneficial objectives to optimize value and meet strategic goals.

Manage resources efficiently, forecast sales, and make decisions to maximize returns and enhance revenue management.

Education and Experience:

A graduate degree is required. 4-6 years of relevant experience are preferred.
