To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for implementing effective policies regarding receivables, monitoring bill registers, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing and timely dispatch of monthly invoices. Additionally, you will work towards recovering from active customers, resolving billing complaints within tight turnaround times, and processing adjustment cases related to customer accounts.
