About the Job
This dynamic role involves managing daily outbound telemarketing calls to generate new leads and build existing client relationships. You will also conduct regular customer feedback sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, ensuring that customers receive prompt and professional service.

Key Skills & Requirements
A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in auto/tracker services. They will also have strong telecommunication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with internal teams and external clients. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is also essential for this role.
