Sales Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel and tourism industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve revenue targets for the sales team through effective planning and execution
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Sales Executives on tourism products including Umrah, Tours, Flights, and Visa services
  • Oversee experience centers to ensure efficient customer service and accurate reporting
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and improve service delivery
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to make swift decisions under pressure are essential.
