Global Tourism and Hospitality Position

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and deliver engaging course materials that cater to the needs of global tourism and hospitality programs.
  • Mentor students in their academic and professional growth, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum to ensure students receive relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of global tourism and hospitality trends and developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues.
  • Able to create an engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
  • Proficient in utilizing teaching technology and tools to enhance the educational experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage projects and teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
