As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs and demonstrating how our cutting-edge solutions can effectively address those needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with sales representatives to understand customer requirements
  • Presenting tailored solutions that leverage our innovative offerings, including AI functionalities
  • Designing appropriate solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows
  • Developing and delivering product demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions
  • Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other documentation to support the sales process
  • Working closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging AI technologies in the SaaS and CPaaS space

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs, and integration methods
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AI concepts and models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications
  • Excellent ability to interface effectively with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • Extensive experience in crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys based on thorough business analysis and customer requirements
  • Solid technical background with proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java, as well as web technologies
  • Full-cycle SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients, with the ability to consistently deliver against targets
  • Strong knowledge of both English at business level
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
