Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Deliver accurate information and aim for first-contact resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing courteous and consistent service.
  • Handle track & trace requests and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Generate quotes as needed and provide supporting documentation for client inquiries.
  • Take ownership of issues and follow up with clients to ensure timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A professional attitude with empathy and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized under pressure.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in PC software and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
  • A valid background check is required.
  • Checkable work history is essential.
