About this role: We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities- Grow company revenue by establishing strong relationships with existing and new clients, while identifying potential new business opportunities.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client needs through requirement gathering activities such as project requirements definition in collaboration with the client and project manager.
- Collaborate with clients to set and manage their expectations, proactively communicate potential issues, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Serve as a bridge between the client and project manager to facilitate timely communication and coordination.
- Perform UAT for assigned projects and provide walkthroughs of mobile app features and functionalities to clients.
- Prior experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building professional relationships at all levels.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Night shift: 8:30 pm - 5:30 am. Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules may be required.
