Expert Sourcing Strategist

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive business growth, manage supplier relationships, and optimize procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks proactively, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards.
  • Optimize procurement workflows for efficiency and transparency, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, emerging risks, and industry best practices, applying expertise to drive business success.
  • Foster a culture of sustainability, supplier diversity, and socially responsible sourcing practices, aligning with the organization's values and mission.
  • Contribute procurement insights to executive leadership, supporting strategic business planning and informed decision-making.
