Role:

We seek a highly skilled Ui/Ux Designer. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience overseeing the Ui/Ux design of all digital and print materials, managing a team of designers.

  • Lead Ui/Ux design for projects ensuring they are top-notch and user-friendly.
  • Guide and inspire designers to create a strong design-focused culture.
  • Talk through design ideas with clients to ensure we hit the mark.
  • Use skills in tools like Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD to craft designs.
  • Keep up with design trends pushing the team to learn and try new things.
  • Nail the basics of design like typography and layout in every project.
  • Work smoothly with developers to turn designs into reality without a hitch.
  • Dig into user research to make designs people will love and use.
  • Be a leader who motivates the team driving forward our design vision.
  • Champion great design work that makes a real difference for clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills able to converse designs with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of Figma/Sketch/Abode XD.
  • Up-to-date design knowledge and willingness to constantly learn and evolve.
  • Key understanding of basic principles: typography, layout etc.
  • Excellent in providing hand-off of design to developers.
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Understanding of UX Concepts.
  • Perform User Research.
