Lead Creative and Digital Marketing Efforts

Cheezious is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to oversee our creative and digital marketing efforts. This role requires a visionary professional who can manage creative teams, develop strategic campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of brand elevating initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of impactful campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and company vision.
  • Guide a team of designers, copywriters, and digital creatives to produce high-quality visual and written content for both online and offline platforms.
  • Generate innovative ideas for brand storytelling, advertising, and digital content.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize website content, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and enhances user experience.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and guide the team from concept to final execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on creativity or quality.
  • Ensure that all digital and creative materials are consistent with the brand's tone, image, and values.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to supplement internal creative capabilities when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Creative Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative or digital marketing role, with 2+ years in a leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of design and brand principles, with a good eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance.
