We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:This role involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
- You will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, social media, and other relevant channels to identify and generate leads.
Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B. They possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Additionally, they have proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure they align with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.
- Use CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring that they are promptly followed up with and nurtured throughout the sales funnel.
- Set up meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Maintain a high level of activity, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Continuously improve outbound outreach techniques by reviewing performance metrics and implementing feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
