Lead Generation Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system and optimizing our lead generation processes.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Bitrix, Zoho, and other CRMs who can handle complex pipelines, integrate with various sources to bring in leads, and effectively manage users and permissions.

  • Pipeline Management: Create, customize, and manage multiple pipelines within Bitrix, ensuring smooth lead progression through various stages.
  • Lead Generation: Integrate with Facebook using API and other platforms to bring in leads. Also, set up lead generation from the company website and effectively manage lead data.
  • User Management: Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Bitrix. Ensure the right access levels are assigned based on user roles.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex workflows and processes within Bitrix to automate tasks, streamline lead management, and enhance efficiency.
  • Pipelines and Sales Performance Analytics: Set up and maintain analytics to track pipeline and sales performance, and provide reports to management.
  • Integration: Integrate Bitrix with other systems and tools as needed to improve data flow and process efficiency.
  • Customization: Create and customize special purpose applications (SPAs) and other tools to meet specific business needs.
  • Role-Based Permissions: Set and enforce role-based permissions to ensure data security and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset with the ability to create and interpret data and reports. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
