Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations. The role involves overseeing petty cash, supervising office support staff, and ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Handle and maintain records of petty cash transactions.
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks of office support staff.
  • Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and facility management.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including documentation and filing.
  • Assist with arranging meetings, managing office logistics, and other operational needs as required.
Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Atleast 1-2 years of experience in administrative or operations roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
