Senior Design Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Designer to lead our design initiatives, driving high-quality outcomes that meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Project Oversight: Oversee all design projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to best practices.
  • Original Content Creation: Develop original visual content, including illustrations, infographics, and other creative assets that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Design Review and Feedback: Review junior designers' work, providing constructive feedback for improvement and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Graphic Design Expertise: Utilize graphic design software to refine images, fonts, and layouts, applying typography techniques and creative flair to enhance visual appeal.
  • Concept Development: Generate innovative ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services, increasing user friendliness in digital products and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Industry Knowledge and Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, expanding your skillset to remain competitive and innovative in the field.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven Senior Design Experience: Demonstrated work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed design projects.
  • Design Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, as well as 3D Maya, MAX, Premier, Adobe Animate, and other relevant design tools.
  • Design Principles and Aesthetic Sensitivity: Proficient in design software such as InDesign and Balsamiq, with a strong understanding of aesthetic principles and attention to visual details.
  • Collaboration and Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate with the Marketing Team, and maintain effective communication channels.
