We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill this role.

  1. Masters in Business Administration, preferably in HR is highly valued.
  2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in core sales functions is required.
  3. Experience as a trainer is an advantageous trait.

The responsibilities include:

  • Conducting national training sessions on leadership and functional skills.
  • Monitoring stores and providing comprehensive support.
  • Training distributor's sales force at company-operated businesses.
  • Developing training calendars and tools for effective implementation.
  • Designing and adapting new training programs to meet business needs.
  • Assisting the Commercial Manager with project management of HR programs and initiatives.

Required skills and qualities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Flexibility and endurance are necessary in a challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially complex Excel and PowerPoint applications, is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken English is required.
  • A strong team player with the ability to multitask and maintain work speed is essential.

About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering training programs that enhance the skills of our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in core sales functions, with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that improve the skills of our sales team.
  • Monitor store performance and provide guidance and support where needed.
  • Train the sales teams of our distributors at company-operated businesses.
  • Design and implement training calendars and tools to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Adapt and develop new training programs to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Support the Commercial Manager in managing HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
