Job Title: Project Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the region and project implementations, ensuring timely completion and quality of projects. They will work closely with teams to develop customer relationships and networking through regular communication and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage CM and PM activities during warranty period, including documentation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing project cost-effective solutions.
  2. Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees to achieve team goals.
  3. Develop and implement contingency plans for projects as per agreed timelines.
  4. Report on finance issues and forecasting requirements to stakeholders.
  5. Oversee admin, HR, and operations functions to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  6. Budgeting and cost control for assigned projects to meet financial targets.
  7. Promote project management orientation within teams to improve performance and efficiency.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and field visits to ensure timely completion and quality of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical, Electronics Technology or related field.

Job Specification: A champion in control and completion of telecom and construction projects within time and budget, maintaining service availability and quality as per customer needs and international standards.
