  • Manage daily food court operations to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all food court areas.
  • Supervise food court staff by scheduling, training, and performance management to promote a customer-centric culture.
  • Coordinate effectively with tenants to resolve operational issues and integrate their services seamlessly within the mall environment.
