Pharmacy Store Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the day-to-day activities of our pharmacy store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, inventory management, and staff supervision.

  1. Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispensing of pharmaceutical products.
  2. Stock Movement: Ensure timely and efficient movement of stock within the store.
  3. Staff Supervision: Lead a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
  4. Roster Management: Coordinate staffing schedules to meet business needs.
  5. Sales Performance: Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, merchandising, and customer engagement.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

Experience in retail operations and leadership

Knowledge of inventory management systems and software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
