Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, installing, and commissioning Low Voltage Switchgear & MCCs, Medium Voltage Switchgear & MCCs, AC & DC UPS systems, Transformer Systems, Power Management Systems, VFD & Soft starters.

A motivated and results-driven Electrical Engineer with experience in leading project design and execution activities is required. Proficient in designing, installing, and commissioning various electrical systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project design & execution activities, assigning tasks to team members as needed.
  • Perform effort estimation for project engineering, construction, and testing works, developing a detailed project plan.
  • Review engineering documentation assigned according to the project plan.
  • Ensure project execution is completed within budget and allocated hours.
  • Coordinate reviews with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Follow the project QA/QC plan internally and with contractors.
  • Contribute to value addition in project execution to meet cost improvement targets.
  • Validate supplier technical offers, confirming compliance to project specifications.
  • Draft SOWs for contractors, ensuring scope of work is confirmed before contract award.
  • Collaborate with project planning teams on schedule and progress tracking for project phases (engineering, construction, testing & commissioning).
  • Coordinate with suppliers for engineering and project deliverables.
  • Work with site execution teams for safe and timely project activity execution.
  • Support pre-sales teams with bidding and solution development.
  • Assist pre-sales teams with bid BOM/MTO development, engineering estimation, and vendor quotations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of engineering design & commissioning experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role and 2 years of on-site experience in electrical system installation & commissioning.
  • Self-driven, able to think creatively, proactive in daily activities, and interact effectively with customers at various levels.
