Job Title: Research Analyst

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is necessary.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a research analyst role, with a strong emphasis on service-based research is required.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets are essential.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI) is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences are necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • A proactive attitude, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in designing and conducting surveys or other primary research methods is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of specific service industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) is a plus.
  • Understanding of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques is desirable.
