Technical Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Expert to join our team.

  • Responsible for the delivery of operational support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure environment.
  • Development and delivery of infrastructure projects, changes and improvements.
  • Provides technical leadership in terms of the development of infrastructure strategies and plans.
  • Mentoring of other team members and acting as an escalation point for incidents and requests.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in the same industry.
  • Knowledge of core Microsoft technologies (Windows, AD, Printing), virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware), NetApp storage solutions, FlexPod architecture, databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL), MS Exchange, Citrix, UNIX, and web technologies.
  • Ability to deliver the required technical service outcomes, as planned.
  • Contribution in key technology design decisions, guide technical teams through various phases & report the progress to the concerned management and project stakeholders.
  • Create feasible optimal infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs and minimize the risk.
  • Contribute to the development of the human resource capabilities to meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively across diverse cultures and time-zones.
