**Job Overview:**

The Call Center Manager role is responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in achieving targets and improving results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, training, and counseling to team members to enhance their performance and achieve improved results.
  • Foster effective and consistent communication throughout the team, encouraging feedback and customer insight to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure regular achievement of team monthly targets and provide necessary support to reach goals.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
  • Offer customized, highest quality customer support and provide assistance to executives as needed.
  • Conduct needs assessments, performance reviews, and cost/benefit analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Liaise with supervisors, team leaders, operatives, and third parties to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors, and track operative performance.
  • Analyze projects, undertake strategic analysis, and deliver insights to inform stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our database.
  • Regularly attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance level.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably with international exposure.
  • Previous experience in customer support and sales roles.
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal contact capabilities, along with good listening skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability, goal-setting, and resource handling skills.
