Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our development teams in a fast-paced business environment.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and 20+ engineers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Internet technologies and technical experience to provide proper impact assessments and recommendations.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing development teams and projects is required. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics is preferred, and MBA is a plus.

The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of C++, Java, RMI, JNI, and J2EE frameworks, as well as software development lifecycle methods and processes.

Knowledge of engineering development tools, software source control systems, and mobile operating systems/development environments is also a plus.

Additional qualifications include management experience in a CMM Level 3 or higher organization and proficiency in multiple programming languages.
