We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

The Strategic Portfolio Manager will be responsible for prioritizing portfolios in line with enterprise ambitions and goals. You will enable fluid resource allocation and transparency around investment, develop outcome-based plans, and allocate resources flexibly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prioritize portfolios in line with enterprise ambitions and goals.
  • Enable fluid resource allocation and transparency around investment.
  • Develop outcome-based plans and allocate resources flexibly.
  • Support squads, teams, and functions in financial and strategic decision making.
  • Provide integrated, end-to-end customer-centric insights to inform decisions.
  • Drive better outcomes for patients through data-driven decision making.
  • Apply advanced analytics, integrate multiple data sources, and benchmark performance.
  • Engage with finance champions to drive automation and AI initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets with a deep understanding of sales and OPEX expectations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accruals and OpEx reporting.
  • Monitor and manage prices effectively.
  • Build and maintain networks across local and global organizations.

About You

  • Foster innovation by promoting new ways of working and collaboration.
  • Act as a thought partner beyond financial processes.
  • Have experience with SAP Analytic Cloud, Digital, and Business Finance Champions.
  • Be familiar with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Hold 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, and Finance Business Partnering roles.
  • Hold CA/ACCA/MBA qualifications.
