Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of Walmart Marketplace seller accounts.
  • Set up and optimize listings for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS).
  • Handle inventory setup, order tracking, and shipping configurations within WFS.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with Walmart's policies.

Lead Reinstatement Processes:

  • Reinstate suspended or flagged accounts, including appeals.
  • Communicate with Walmart support teams to resolve account-level issues.

Analyze and Improve Performance:

  • Analyze product visibility, ranking, and conversions on Walmart Marketplace.
  • Stay updated with changes in Walmart Marketplace rules, features, and best practices.

We are seeking an experienced Walmart Marketplace Expert to join our e-commerce team. As a Walmart Marketplace Expert, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Walmart Marketplace seller accounts, setting up and optimizing listings for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), and handling inventory setup, order tracking, and shipping configurations within WFS.

This role focuses on optimizing product listings, handling account reinstatement services for suspended or restricted seller accounts, and analyzing product visibility, ranking, and conversions on Walmart Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Walmart WFS and a proven track record in Reinstatement Services.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/tasks simultaneously.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace and WFS accounts.
  • Deep understanding of Walmart Seller Center, listings, shipping settings, and compliance policies.
  • Experience in handling Walmart reinstatement or similar processes.
  • Background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
  • Familiarity with other marketplaces is a plus.
  • Knowledge of keyword optimization and marketplace SEO.
