Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport will be key in converting leads into qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and engage with existing leads through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
  • Understand clients' home building requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team in Australia.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our lead management system.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings.
  • Utilize lead management tools and systems effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3+ years in a customer service or sales role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English, with excellent written, verbal, and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with a clear, neutral Australian accent.
  • Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using lead management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
