Drive Sales Growth and Build Relationships
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. You will analyze customer feedback data to gauge satisfaction levels with company products and services.
Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff to achieve sales targets. Financial analysis is crucial in developing effective cost-reduction strategies and increasing company profits. Conducting market research helps identify new business opportunities, while creating and monitoring key performance metrics enables the determination of sales effectiveness and anticipation of customer needs.
You will employ various sales methods to secure new business, such as cold calling, email marketing, trade shows, and referrals. Collaboration with sales teams is vital in identifying, developing, and articulating new business opportunities, while communication throughout the organization highlights potential sales opportunities.
Support for sales teams includes preparing reports and presentations. Special projects and tasks are also assigned as needed.
Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in business development or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
