Main Responsibilities
  • Design efficient configurations based on business needs and technical knowledge.
  • Evaluate and select technology tools used by teams.
  • Support team members in achieving technology goals.
  • Manage incoming tool/system access requests.
  • Triage day-to-day issues with internal and external tools.
  • Partner with IT and engineering to implement and troubleshoot new processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technology operations or similar roles.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem, including third-party products.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new technologies.
  • Effective communication with teams to drive results.
  • Experience implementing and improving systems for customer support.
  • Preferred: Certified Salesforce Administrator/Consultant.
