Job Description
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, universities, government agencies, and corporate clients.
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- Evaluate Sales Opportunities: Identify and evaluate sales opportunities by researching and analysing market trends and competitor activity.
Client Service and Support
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through regular communication and support.
- Maintain Strong Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing information, guidance, and updates on products and services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educated to Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
