About This Role

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key business development position. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth for our organization. Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation and business development or outbound sales is required. Proficiency in English (written plus spoken) is essential. This is a long-term role with performance-based continuation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and free lead tools for lead generation and email extraction.
  • Create targeted lead lists and extract verified emails from relevant sources.
  • Provide product demonstrations and basic training to international clients via video conferencing.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, taking the initiative to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Experience with email scraping tools is essential.
  • Optional - Cold calling may be required as needed.
