About the Role:

We seek an experienced Scalable Data Solutions Architect to lead the development of robust data architectures and solutions.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures, ensuring security and high performance.

  • Optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Airflow, DBT, or custom workflows.

  • Lead data modeling, schema design, and documentation for cloud and on-prem systems.

  • Establish best practices for data governance, versioning, and lineage tracking.

  • Manage and integrate data from various sources, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Snowflake.

  • Guarantee data quality, reliability, and accessibility across all business units.

  • Collaborate with DevOps for cloud-native data deployments.

  • Enhance database performance, monitor pipelines, and handle large-scale data ingestion.

  • Provide strategic advice on emerging technologies and architecture improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture or advanced data engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL optimization, and database design.

  • Deep experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, or other modern DWs.

  • Expertise in Airflow, Kafka, Spark, or similar data processing frameworks.

  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and one additional scripting language.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD for data, cloud infrastructure, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Solid understanding of data security, compliance, and access control.
