Job Description

As a Backoffice/HR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager and CEO in various tasks, including record keeping, recruitment coordination, documentation, and employee support services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Post job vacancies on relevant portals under supervision, assist in CV screening and interview scheduling, and maintain basic applicant tracking records.
  2. Help prepare joining documents and orientation materials, maintain updated employee files and records, and ensure proper filing of contracts, forms, and personal documentation.
  3. Maintain and update leave records and attendance sheets, provide support in preparing standard letters (e.g., warning letters, experience letters), and assist in organizing HR meetings, interviews, and internal events.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, and 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR support role. They will also have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
