Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the effective management of engineering projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project coordination skills, with a strong background in managing multiple tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing project initiative plans and developing comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget constraints in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and proactively developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Identifying existing resources and their capacity, evaluating the need for additional resources, and allocating personnel and materials for optimal project execution.
- Providing constructive feedback to contribute to the professional development of team members.
- Overseeing inventory management projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory systems, and developing strategies to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Managing engineering projects to ensure alignment with quality and safety standards, collaborating with engineering teams to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery.
- Performing calculations of costs, material, labor, and time required for each project and conducting quality control checks on all systems along with robust testing.
- Implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by leading projects focused on optimizing operational processes within the department.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with international standards and organizational guidelines, implementing rigorous quality assurance protocols for all projects.
- Providing regular project updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions, and establishing clear communication channels with stakeholders.
- Analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for improvement, assessing the efficacy and efficiency of a project once it is completed.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- PMP certification highly desirable
