About the Role

We are seeking an experienced KYC Professional to join our team. As a KYC Analyst, you will play a key role in conducting end-to-end customer due diligence for new and existing clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in KYC, AML, or customer onboarding functions, with a strong understanding of CDD and EDD processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct KYC reviews for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Verify customer documentation using internal systems and third-party tools.
  • Track and manage customer onboarding queues to ensure prompt resolution of cases.
  • Identify irregularities, incomplete files, or potentially suspicious information and escalate cases to Compliance and Risk teams.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams to resolve onboarding issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high data quality within the KYC platform.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Education: Minimum 16 years of education, preferably from a renowned and recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role, with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in KYC, AML, or customer onboarding functions.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of CDD and EDD processes, including customer risk scoring, document verification, and data validation.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with applicable laws and guidelines, such as AML/CFT, FATF recommendations, and data protection.
  • Tools & Systems Proficiency: Experience using KYC screening platforms and basic proficiency in Excel and other office productivity tools.
