Operations Executive Role

The Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in the organization, overseeing finance, accounting, and office coordination. This individual must possess exceptional organizational skills, be adept at multitasking, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile ledgers, and track local payments.
  • Manage documentation for expenses, invoices, and audits, ensuring seamless compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on financial follow-ups and logistics tasks.
  • Provide structured support to the Finance Director on financial reporting and administrative matters.
  • Handle day-to-day non-finance communication with clients, partners, and service providers.
  • Organize courier dispatches, physical documents, and contract folders, maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Keep accurate records of assets, contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation.
  • Support HR, sales, and other teams with operational follow-ups and checklists.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for admin/logistics tasks and team coordination.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations roles.
  • Attention to detail with a structured approach to record keeping and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills when working with clients, vendors, and teammates.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools.
  • People-friendly and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
