Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to provide exceptional customer service, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email in English
  • Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and order forms
  • Coordinate with suppliers and place orders based on customer demand
  • Follow up with customers and suppliers for timely delivery and service
  • Maintain records and tracking systems for orders and client communication
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Handle basic technical support related to industrial parts (training provided)

Requirements:

  • Background in technical or engineering fields
  • Experience in customer support, order processing, or sales coordination is an asset

About this role
