Biometric and Automation Systems Sales Specialist

This role involves delivering hardware/software demonstrations, conducting client visits, managing technical evaluations, and proposing tailored IT-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen in biometric and automation systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase the capabilities of our hardware and software solutions.
  • Perform trial installations and in-house testing of various products to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Visit client sites for pre-installation assessments and requirement analysis to provide informed solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior decision-makers to propose optimal solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Provide technical support related to product configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all company products (hardware, software, complete solutions) to effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Manage and support the pre-requisition process for client projects to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written) to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create professional presentations and reports.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions and technical sales to identify opportunities and deliver results.
  • Ability to pitch and support hardware-based solutions to clients.
